Hotel Description
The Abbey Lodge Hotel is a comfortable budget hotel located only 10 minutes walk from the beach and the town centre with it's many pubs clubs and restaurants. All rooms at The Abbey Lodge are en-suite and all have teacoffee making facilities and TV. Our 24 hour reception means there is always someone to help if you need assistance as well as allowing early and late check ins. The affordable accommodation offered by The Abbey Lodge is ideally suited to backpackers students contractors and the budget minded traveller. The hotel has a large music bar which often hosts free live music evenings. The live music will always finish by 11.30pm but if you are looking for a hotel where you can retire to bed early then The Abbey Lodge may not be the best choice for you. The bar also has 2 pool tables and many large screen plasma televisions for your entertainment making it the perfect place to start and finish your night. We welcome group bookings and during the weekend the hotel is very popular with Stag and Hen parties. Please note that due to demand we can only accommodate two night stays at weekends between April and September.
